I apply for my child to enter Wheelgate House School on the above date. I agree to pay the charges when due and note that one half term's notice will be given of any alterations of the fees. One term's notice will be given, in writing, when withdrawing my child/children from the school. I understand that should a full term's notice not be gien then i shall be liable to pay a term's fees in lieu. (See Terms & Conditions) I will forward a cheque made payable to "Wheelgate House School" for the £10.00 registration fee to cover administration costs.
